An overdose of nedocromil is unlikely to occur. However, in the case of a suspected overdose, call your local poison control center on 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, then please call the local emergency services on 911.

If the drops of the ophthalmic solution have been ingested (taken by mouth), drink plenty of fluid and call an emergency centre for advice.
